Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

Job Duties

Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
attend to customers by providing special experiences
escort customers to their tables and ensure a seamless experience
provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers the guest and team
