Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor
- Engage guests in polite conversation when seating them and introducing their server
- Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during peak hours to set accurate guest expectations
- Ensure guest touchpoints and seating areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
- Coordinate seating to optimize flow and seating capacity
- Maintain clear communication with servers and management regarding guest needs and wait times
