Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile and welcoming demeanor
  • Engage guests in polite conversation when seating them and introducing their server
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list efficiently during peak hours to set accurate guest expectations
  • Ensure guest touchpoints and seating areas are regularly cleaned and sanitized
  • Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • Coordinate seating to optimize flow and seating capacity
  • Maintain clear communication with servers and management regarding guest needs and wait times
