Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Energetic and personable attitude
Ability to assist guests and take orders
Willingness to participate in team tip sharing
Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience a plus but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and friendly personality
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Greet and assist guests in the dining room
Manage guest relations with a hospitable attitude
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Participate in the team tip pool
Maintain an inviting atmosphere for guests
Support flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Connect passionately with guests to enhance their experience
