Job Duties

greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality
manage guest arrival and departure experiences
use reservation and scheduling software to organize seating and accommodate guest needs
collaborate with restaurant team including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
assist in managing busy periods with composure
participate in ongoing food and beverage tastings and training
maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
