Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capability to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Teamwork skills with attention to detail

Job Duties

Greet every customer at the restaurant with a smile
Accurately quote wait times and manage reservations
Attend to customers by providing special experiences
Escort customers to their tables and ensure a perfect experience
Provide a warm farewell and invitation to return
Focus on your team and customers by making decisions that consider both
