Job Requirements

  • Full time (30 hours or more) or part time position (30 hours or less) with a flexible schedule
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays
  • Availability to work early morning (as early as 7 a.m.) and late night shifts (up to 2 a.m.)
  • State Food Handler's Certification required
  • Responsible Alcohol Service Certification required

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant
  • Maintain full communication with other service positions
  • Uphold standards of cleanliness and presentation at the host station
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
  • Support and uplift teammates in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate calmly under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • Look for creative solutions and approaches to improve guest experience
