Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong team player with attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively

Job Duties

Greet each customer at the restaurant with a smile
Quote wait times accurately and manage reservations
Attend to customers by providing special experiences
Escort customers to their tables and ensure a flawless experience
Provide a warm farewell and an invitation to return
Focus on the team and customers by making decisions that take both into account
