Job Duties

  • Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
  • Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
  • Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and food delivery procedures
  • Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
  • Understand and assist with curbside process and takeout expectations
  • Conduct side-work as required for each shift
  • Provide positive and professional first and last impressions to every guest
