Job Duties

Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, taking food orders
Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
Learn restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and food delivery procedures
Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
Understand and assist with curbside process and takeout expectations
Conduct side-work as required for each shift
Provide positive and professional first and last impressions to every guest
