Job Requirements

Previous experience as a host in a full-service restaurant with at least 1 years experience in a fine dining setting
ability to use update and maintain the OpenTable floorplan throughout the shift
must be at least 18 years of age
must be friendly and hospitable
ability to work with a team
able to work various hours days as business dictates
able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner
a valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required
must have reliable transportation to work

Job Duties

Maintain guest service according to restaurant standards
take guest requests and seat guests
buss tables and clean dining areas
control floor moves to ensure servers are equally sat
merchandise food and handle product stocking
perform cashier duties
maintain sanitary food handling practices
