Job Duties

Welcoming guests as they arrive and creating a warm, friendly first impression
managing reservations and maintaining an organized waiting list
seating guests strategically to ensure a smooth flow and balanced server rotation
answering phone calls, taking reservations, and providing information about the restaurant and menu
checking in with guests to ensure they're enjoying their experience
assisting with guest concerns and working with the team to provide solutions
maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
creating a positive and lasting final impression as guests leave
