Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage waitlist and provide accurate wait times
Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations desirable

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work closely with store management and teammates to promote a team environment
Provide guests with a memorable dining experience embodying CPK’s High 5 service standards
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand
