Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
  • Introduce guests to their servers and facilitate seating
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of various guest touch points
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Assist in coordinating guest flow and dining room organization
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in guest areas
