Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers and facilitate seating
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of various guest touch points
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in coordinating guest flow and dining room organization
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in guest areas
