This role is for someone passionate, motivated, resourceful, innovative, and driven by an entrepreneurial mindset. The position demands adaptability and professionalism within a busy, often fast-paced setting. Responsibilities include closely following the directions of the lead chef or manager to maintain a clean, efficient kitchen and service area. Daily duties involve opening, running, and closing tasks such as vegetable preparation, proper food storage and rotation, dishwashing, front-line setup, and service. The candidate must manage multiple responsibilities gracefully even under pressure, maintaining a positive and professional attitude. This role also requires flexibility with working hours, demanding availability early, late, or extended shifts.

Candidates must hold a valid food handler’s card and demonstrate an exceptional driving record alongside a high school diploma or its equivalent. Strong communication skills and punctuality are critical. Prior experience working positively with people, especially in concert venues or similar environments, is desirable. The physical demands of the job include working extensively on one’s feet, both indoors and outdoors, in loud and fast-paced conditions, as well as lifting or moving up to 30 pounds with proper techniques.
