Job Duties
- Facilitate FOH operations by assisting with pre-shift training and checking in Flexers
- Act as the primary FOH point of contact during the shift, supporting Flexer questions and resolving guest escalations
- Provide real-time feedback and guidance to team members while actively working the floor
- Perform hands-on event service including tray and team-based service execution
- Manage and work assigned stations alongside the team to ensure high service standards
- Work assigned stations such as passing plates, passing beverages, and attending stations
