Job Requirements
- Minimum of four years of experience in a similar role
- Management experience for at least 1-3 years
- Previous work history in food service
- Bachelor’s degree or matching level of practical knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Expertise in developing and maintaining successful relationships with clients and customers
- Demonstrating exceptional customer service utilizing the Aramark service model
- Talent in managing successful partnerships with other sectors
- Ability to carry, shift, push, and pull loads up to 50 pounds
- Capacity to stand for extended periods without fatigue

Job Duties
- Oversee, guide, inspire, and foster teams to optimize their effectiveness, encompassing recruitment, evaluation, education, coaching, and performance supervision
- Verify that the food service delivery is congruent with the Executional Guidelines
- Guide and mentor your employees by ensuring they have a common understanding of what needs to be accomplished and the strategies to be employed
- Demonstrate gratitude towards employees by acknowledging their input and rewarding their efforts
- Ensure that safety and sanitation measures are consistently met in all operations
- Identify client requirements and communicate operational advancements with precision
- Utilize the approaches and methodologies of Aramark to enhance your operations
