The Hospitality Services Associate is responsible for maintaining clinical standards for individual patient food orders, ensuring the correct and prompt delivery of meals while delivering exceptional customer service. Associates must maintain strict sanitation standards, monitor food temperatures, and work both independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and reliability are crucial, as regular and predictable attendance is an essential job function. The Hospitality Services Associate must also be competent in meeting the age-specific needs of the assigned hospital unit and be capable of performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, standing or sitting for extended periods, and bending.
