Job Requirements

Must be 17/18 years of age or older
Valid ServSafe alcohol certification if involved in alcohol service
Any other legally required certification prior to beginning work
Ability to deliver friendly and attentive customer service
Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks under pressure
Ability to uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
Availability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple roles

Job Duties

Providing guests with a sincere positive greeting
Greeting and seating guests efficiently
Assisting parties including children, large groups, and business clientele
Managing restaurant seating flow to ensure service quality
Answering customer questions about menu items and specials
Handling to-go orders via phone, apps, and online platforms
Suggestive selling and order accuracy for takeout
Processing payments for to-go orders
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of front of house, restrooms, and parking lot
Keeping wait stations stocked and maintained
Assisting bar stocking and performing Food Runner tasks
Promoting brand integrity through professionalism and courtesy
Managing cash handling responsibly
Participating as a spokesperson for store events
Ensuring facility maintenance and cleanliness
