Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Must comply with food safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

  • Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas including tables service stations and surrounding environments
  • Process payments accurately handle cash and credit transactions and ensure correct change is provided
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
  • Actively promote a high-energy positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
