Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight
Basic math skills for handling payments
Must comply with food safety and alcohol service regulations

Job Duties

Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of table service ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
Serve as a knowledgeable menu expert offering recommendations and guiding guests through food drink and promotional specials
Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas including tables service stations and surrounding environments
Process payments accurately handle cash and credit transactions and ensure correct change is provided
Adhere strictly to all food safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service regulations
Collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
Actively promote a high-energy positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
