Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
  • knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
  • serve as a knowledgeable menu expert, offering recommendations and guiding guests through food, drink, and promotional specials
  • accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
  • proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
  • maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, service stations, and surrounding environments
  • process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure correct change is provided
  • adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
  • actively promote a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
