Job Requirements

  • Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages
  • ability to interact enthusiastically with the public and colleagues
  • capable of lifting or moving up to 20 lbs as needed
  • comfortable walking, bending, twisting, and standing during shifts
  • effective communication skills including reading and understanding instructions
  • willingness to work with cleaning solutions and maintain sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
  • be a culinary ambassador by knowing the menu inside-and-out, sharing daily specials, and offering recommendations on food and beverages
  • ensure seamless order processing, coordination with kitchen staff, and timely delivery of all items
  • complete opening, closing, and side work tasks efficiently to maintain a well-organized dining environment
  • accurately manage sales, discounts, promotions, and tips using the P.O.S. system following cash handling procedures
  • foster positive relationships with guests and fellow team members
  • maintain consistent and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
