Job Duties

Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
Be a culinary ambassador by knowing the menu inside and out, sharing daily specials, and offering recommendations on food and beverages
Ensure seamless order processing, coordination with kitchen staff, and timely delivery of all items to enhance guest satisfaction
Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks efficiently to maintain a well-organized dining environment
Accurately manage sales, discounts, promotions, and tips using the point-of-sale system following cash handling procedures
Foster positive relationships with guests and fellow team members, contributing to a vibrant workplace
Maintain consistent and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
