Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
  • Be a culinary ambassador by knowing the menu inside and out, sharing daily specials, and offering recommendations on food and beverages
  • Ensure seamless order processing, coordination with kitchen staff, and timely delivery of all items to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Complete opening, closing, and side work tasks efficiently to maintain a well-organized dining environment
  • Accurately manage sales, discounts, promotions, and tips using the point-of-sale system following cash handling procedures
  • Foster positive relationships with guests and fellow team members, contributing to a vibrant workplace
  • Maintain consistent and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
