Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- basic math proficiency

Job Duties
- greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- present menus and offer detailed information on menu items including daily specials
- take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
- ensure timely delivery of orders and check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- process payments and handle cash or electronic transactions accurately
