Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Basic math skills for handling payments
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service, ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
  • Serve as a knowledgeable menu expert, offering recommendations and guiding guests through food, drink, and promotional specials
  • Accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system, communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns, ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas, including tables, service stations, and surrounding environments
  • Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions, and ensure correct change is provided
  • Adhere strictly to all food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service regulations
  • Collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
  • Actively promote a high-energy, positive, and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
