- previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the table service ensuring prompt and precise delivery of food and beverages
- serve as a knowledgeable menu expert offering recommendations and guiding guests through food drink and promotional specials
- accurately take and input guest orders into the POS system communicating any special requests or dietary needs clearly to the kitchen staff
- proactively anticipate guest needs and promptly address any concerns ensuring complete satisfaction and a memorable visit
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining areas including tables service stations and surrounding environments
- process payments accurately handle cash and credit transactions and ensure correct change is provided
- adhere strictly to all food safety hygiene and responsible alcohol service regulations
- collaborate effectively with team members across the front-of-house and back-of-house to maintain smooth and efficient service flow
- actively promote a high-energy positive and enthusiastic atmosphere for all patrons and fellow team members
