J&E Concessions, operating in conjunction with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences during baseball games and special events. The IronPigs are a Minor League Baseball team based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, known for their vibrant community presence, family-friendly environment, and engaging entertainment at Coca-Cola Park. As a key part of the IronPigs' hospitality team, J&E Concessions plays a crucial role in enhancing the game-day experience through excellent food and beverage service. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended hours up to 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift 25lbs occasionally
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server, runner, or other related role preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be physically able to stand and walk for extended hours
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Ensures hospitality areas are stocked with proper food, beverage, and product before and during event
  • Communicate in a timely manner with the kitchen staff regarding the amount of food on hand and its quality
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas
  • Maintains knowledge of menu items and all other offerings offered
  • Provides an elevated level customer service, and anticipating guests' needs
  • Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post event and return equipment to proper storage areas
  • Inventory all products at the beginning and end of each event
  • Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
