Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds occasionally
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure hospitality areas are stocked with food, beverage, and products before and during events
- Communicate timely with kitchen staff regarding food quantity and quality
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of food service areas
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and offerings
- Provide elevated customer service anticipating guest needs
- Break down and clean food service areas and equipment post-event
- Inventory products at beginning and end of events
- Maintain a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
