Job Duties

  • create a warm and positive environment in the front-of-the-house
  • select friendly and talented co-workers
  • lead human and financial resources in the front-of-the-house to achieve profitability
  • maintain a pleasurable dining experience that ensures guest loyalty
  • oversee restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of general manager and kitchen manager
  • promote and enforce safety protocols
  • provide leadership and training to team members
