Job Duties
- create a warm and positive environment in the front-of-the-house
- select friendly and talented co-workers
- lead human and financial resources in the front-of-the-house to achieve profitability
- maintain a pleasurable dining experience that ensures guest loyalty
- oversee restaurant operations including food quality, production, safety, and labor in the absence of general manager and kitchen manager
- promote and enforce safety protocols
- provide leadership and training to team members
