Job Description
Culinary Khancepts is a dynamic and diverse multi-concept restaurant and entertainment group with prominent locations in Texas and Illinois. Known for its commitment to delivering unforgettable hospitality, Culinary Khancepts prides itself on blending genuine service, exceptional food and beverages, and meticulous attention to detail. This company operates under a strong and positive cultural framework, aiming to foster an environment where team members can flourish while guests are welcomed warmly, valued deeply, and motivated to return time and again. Their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction sets them apart in the highly competitive restaurant and entertainment industry.
One of Culinary Khancepts' standout venues is The Audrey Restaurant & Bar, which presents an elevated dining experience characterized by thoughtfully curated seasonal dishes and expertly crafted cocktails. The ambiance at The Audrey is both stylish and inviting, catering to an array of dining occasions — from intimate dinners to lively social gatherings. The restaurant’s focus on atmosphere, combined with its talented culinary team, exemplifies Culinary Khancepts’ larger mission to provide high-end hospitality experiences.
The available Front of House Manager role at The Audrey Restaurant & Bar is a pivotal leadership position within the company requiring a professional who is passionate about restaurant management and guest satisfaction. This role involves overseeing seamless daily operations, including coordinating staff shifts and ensuring that pre-shift briefings are productive and aligned with service objectives. As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining open communication between front and back of house teams to guarantee efficient and high-quality service. Your duties will include hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the front of house staff, such as servers, hosts, and bartenders. Providing ongoing feedback and fostering a motivated work environment will be vital to success.
You will also ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, reinforcing the restaurant’s excellent reputation. Guest satisfaction is paramount; this includes managing reservations, welcoming patrons, addressing any concerns promptly, and overseeing floor operations to maximize efficiency.
Operational responsibilities extend to inventory management, ordering supplies to avoid shortages, and controlling costs. Additionally, monitoring labor, scheduling, and productivity to optimize team performance are integral components of the position. This role is suited for a proactive leader with at least two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, possessing certifications such as a Food Handler Card and TABC. Familiarity with restaurant operating systems like Toast and Open Table is also important.
Culinary Khancepts offers a rewarding opportunity for those looking to advance in restaurant management, supported by a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k), health insurance, employee discounts, and more. This position not only promises a competitive salary but also growth potential in an exciting, people-focused environment for hospitality professionals seeking to elevate their careers.
