Job Description

We are an established corporate hospitality service provider dedicated to delivering top-tier guest experiences within dynamic corporate settings. Our company specializes in creating welcoming, efficient, and memorable hospitality environments tailored to meet the nuanced demands of businesses and their clients. As a leader in the hospitality operations sector, we emphasize professionalism, attention to detail, and seamless coordination of food and beverage services, meeting spaces, and client engagement. Our work culture fosters collaboration and innovation, encouraging team members to excel in high-pressure environments while maintaining a guest-first mindset.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Corporate Hospitality Manager to join our vibrant team. This full-time position demands an energetic and experienced professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at multitasking and client interaction. The successful candidate will act as the onsite point of contact for hospitality operations, working closely with the Account Manager and hospitality team to ensure that all client needs are met with exemplary service. This role involves managing the readiness of meeting spaces, coordinating food and beverage logistics, and ensuring that all hospitality operations run smoothly and to the highest standards. The Corporate Hospitality Manager will be responsible for providing a warm, professional, and exceptional welcome to clients, visitors, and VIPs, guaranteeing an inviting atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the organization and cleanliness of meeting rooms and shared spaces, coordinating catering orders from setup through to delivery tracking, managing day-to-day operations such as restocking supplies and maintaining space upkeep, and supporting client events with a proactive service approach. Candidates will need to be detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable offering leadership and guidance to team members, owning the execution of service on-site to meet client expectations.

This role is ideal for someone with over three years of management experience in hospitality, food and beverage, catering, or corporate hospitality settings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reliable attendance are essential, as is the flexibility to travel nationally several times per year to support other office locations. We seek individuals with strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a resilient approach to working in a high-touch environment.

Our company values inclusivity and provides equal employment opportunities to all qualified candidates regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability. If you are passionate about elevating guest experiences, thrive on organization, and want to be part of a supportive and forward-thinking hospitality team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
