The Hospitality Manager at Elevate Entertainment Group is a vital leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of guest service operations. This includes managing front-of-house (FOH) activities to ensure guests receive seamless and enjoyable interactions from the moment they arrive until they leave. The role demands a detail-focused and proactive leader who can maintain high service standards while fostering a positive team environment. The Hospitality Manager will directly supervise FOH teams such as wait staff, food service personnel, greeters, box office, and concession employees, providing training, mentorship, and operational guidance to deliver outstanding customer service.

In addition to overseeing guest services, the Hospitality Manager will be responsible for bar operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. They will develop and implement standard operating procedures aimed at optimizing efficiency and maximizing guest satisfaction. Working collaboratively with other department heads is essential to coordinate seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints within the entertainment venues.

Monitoring guest feedback and promptly addressing any concerns is a critical function of this role to promote continuous improvement. The Hospitality Manager must also keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, applying relevant insights to elevate the guest service offerings further. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
  • Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certification
  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role
  • Exceptional leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of POS systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in a hospitality management role with a strong background in front of house operations
