Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management business administration or related field preferred
- Required state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certification
- Proven experience in a hospitality management role
- Exceptional leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds at times
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of POS systems inventory management and basic financial principles
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage all aspects of guest service including wait staff food service greeters box office and concession
- Supervise and support front of house staff providing guidance training and feedback
- Oversee bar operations including inventory management staff scheduling and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to address concerns promptly
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate seamless guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
