Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Relevant experience in hospitality management or marketing
  • Experience working in premium hospitality settings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation and contracting skills
  • Willingness to work in hybrid environment (3 days per week in office)
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 45%
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and supervise staff
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of marketing, sponsorship, and hospitality programming experience
  • An eye for design and decor to create premium spaces
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Experience with professional and amateur golf
  • Strong communication, writing, and client service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexibility to travel domestically, including weekends and holidays
  • Team player with reliable, trustworthy, and loyal work ethic

Job Duties

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage the interior buildout and branding of hospitality venues at professional golf events
  • Manage hotel accommodations including hotel selection, negotiation, contracting, and block management
  • Lead all aspects of food and beverage programs in collaboration with third-party consultants
  • Develop and lead transportation plans for golf events
  • Serve as the VIP hosting lead managing itineraries for executives, influencers, and VIP guests
  • Manage and track program budgets to ensure client goals are met
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact with key vendors and solve client challenges with effective solutions
