Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or hospitality environment
  • Ability to conduct interviews, reference checks, and disciplinary actions
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling and staff management
  • Knowledge of company operating standards and SOPs
  • Capable of managing inventories and performing audits
  • Effective communication skills
  • Physical ability to perform job duties including standing, bending, lifting, and moving
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service
  • Ability to conduct interviews and performance evaluations
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling and labor management
  • Proficiency in quality control and compliance with SOPs
  • Competence in inventory and cost control
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create and implement action plans based on guest feedback and operational data

Job Duties

  • Implement team member incentive contests
  • Conduct structured first interviews and reference checks
  • Conduct disciplinary sessions with hourly team members and document informal discussions
  • Perform FOH team member evaluations at 30 days after hire and every 90 days thereafter
  • Post "WOW" and "HOT" alerts on team member communication board
  • Approve FOH schedules to ensure proper staffing
  • Approve all FOH schedule changes
  • Follow company operating standards for tipped team members FOH support responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing duties for tipped employees
  • Manage guest experience action plans and follow up on GEMs and PGRs
  • Ensure brand compliance with all FOH daily paperwork and SOP adherence
  • Complete guest experience section of Quality Service Cleanliness (QSC) audits quarterly
  • Create and implement action plans related to quality and operational standards
  • Maintain daily and weekly cleaning lists
  • Perform CVD audits to ensure balanced team member accounts
  • Breakdown and analyze BAR COGS in CTUIT
  • Manage all liquor orders and glassware counts
  • Maintain bar PAR levels
  • Practice effective communication skills with the team
  • Develop hospitality staff through ongoing support and training
