Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant
  • Experience within a high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venue
  • Results driven with ability to lead and coach team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations
  • Tech savvy and willingness to learn new systems
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a post-offer background check

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant or high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, or social entertainment venue
  • Results driven with ability to lead and coach team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams
  • Demonstrates financial acumen and strong understanding of restaurant operations
  • Tech savvy with willingness to learn new systems and tools
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Preferred certifications including ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
  • Hospitality degree preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game and tech and/or bar
  • Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives
  • Effectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler
  • Manage controllable expenses for their area of responsibility
  • Ensure all side work is appropriately assigned and completed
  • Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations
  • Participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates
  • Create, maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts
  • Conduct leads pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and provide continuous coaching and direction to hourly staff
  • Drive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback
  • Manage Guest Service issues professionally and with a guest centric mindset
  • Champion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience
  • Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety
  • Ensure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates
