Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant
Experience within a high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, and/or social entertainment venue
Results driven with ability to lead and coach team
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated financial acumen and understanding of restaurant operations
Tech savvy and willingness to learn new systems
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must pass a post-offer background check

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a manager in a full-service restaurant or high-volume food and beverage, hospitality, or social entertainment venue
Results driven with ability to lead and coach team to achieve business objectives and goals
Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to teams
Demonstrates financial acumen and strong understanding of restaurant operations
Tech savvy with willingness to learn new systems and tools
Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred certifications including ServSafe and state/local licensing requirements
Hospitality degree preferred

Job Duties

Oversee 1-2 areas of the venue operations including service, bar, reception, game and tech and/or bar
Uphold company policies, processes, procedures, and standards to adhere to compliance and business objectives
Effectively operate computer systems including a POS System, Online Team Member Scheduler
Manage controllable expenses for their area of responsibility
Ensure all side work is appropriately assigned and completed
Ensure collaboration between kitchen and front of house operations
Participate in hiring, training, and developing hourly associates
Create, maintain and update associate schedules using weekly and daily forecasts
Conduct leads pre-shift meetings to provide daily focus and provide continuous coaching and direction to hourly staff
Drive accountability and consistency by providing constructive coaching and feedback
Manage Guest Service issues professionally and with a guest centric mindset
Champion the Puttshack brand by ensuring a consistent and exceptional guest experience
Maintain a safe, secure and healthy work environment and food safety
Ensure proper safety protocols to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment for guests and associates
