The role of Program Manager Lead within Capgemini is focused on the hospitality sector and is located in Miami, Florida. This position is ideal for professionals who are local or willing to relocate and are passionate about managing complex, multi-workstream projects within hospitality environments, including hotels, resorts, and cruise operations. The Program Manager Lead will play a critical role in supporting the execution of large-scale hospitality initiatives by ensuring seamless coordination across various stakeholders such as property teams, corporate functions, and guest-facing operations.

This leadership role involves organizing program activities, coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and simplifying complex information to support operational teams. Familiarity with digital tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, and Confluence is required to efficiently build plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies. This role offers a salary range of $86,900 to $203,800 in line with experience and qualifications and includes eligibility for additional variable compensation such as bonuses or incentives.

Job Duties

  • Lead program activities for large hospitality initiatives ensuring alignment across operations digital teams and property or shipboard stakeholders
  • Translate business and technical requirements into structured plans timelines deliverables and execution steps
  • Coordinate cross functional teams including operations IT digital product training revenue management and guest experience
  • Track program milestones risks dependencies and readiness tasks to ensure on-time execution
  • Support program communication through updates executive summaries status reports and briefing materials
  • Facilitate working sessions alignment meetings and cross functional discussions to drive clarity and remove blockers
  • Prepare teams for upcoming changes by summarizing what is changing what to expect and how it affects operations
  • Partner with property and field operations teams to gather feedback resolve concerns and support transition activities
  • Maintain documentation decision logs RAID tracking and program governance artifacts
