The role of Program Manager Lead within Capgemini is focused on the hospitality sector and is located in Miami, Florida. This position is ideal for professionals who are local or willing to relocate and are passionate about managing complex, multi-workstream projects within hospitality environments, including hotels, resorts, and cruise operations. The Program Manager Lead will play a critical role in supporting the execution of large-scale hospitality initiatives by ensuring seamless coordination across various stakeholders such as property teams, corporate functions, and guest-facing operations.
This leadership role involves organizing program activities, coordinating across multiple cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and simplifying complex information to support operational teams. The Program Manager Lead must have a deep understanding of hospitality workflows including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guest services, and property technology systems. They will translate high-level business and technical requirements into detailed project plans, milestones, and concrete execution steps that align with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with stakeholders through executive summaries, status reports, and briefing materials while facilitating alignment meetings and cross-functional discussions to resolve issues and remove blockers. The successful candidate must ensure program readiness for upcoming changes, support transition activities, and maintain comprehensive documentation such as decision logs and risk registers.
Ideal candidates will possess between 7 to 10 years of program or project management experience specifically in hospitality, travel, or service-driven industries. Strong skills in stakeholder management, facilitation, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently are essential. Familiarity with digital tools like JIRA, Smartsheets, and Confluence is required to efficiently build plans, track milestones, and manage dependencies. This role offers a salary range of $86,900 to $203,800 in line with experience and qualifications and includes eligibility for additional variable compensation such as bonuses or incentives.
Capgemini values diversity, equity, and inclusion and offers a robust, comprehensive benefits package to support its employees. This includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and employee assistance programs, all designed to support a balanced and rewarding career experience.
