  • Minimum age of 16 years or as required by local laws
  • Certification in state, county, or local food and alcohol handling as applicable
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage guest flow and waitlist efficiently

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age of 16 years or as required by local laws
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant environment is a plus
  • Certification in state, county, or local food and alcohol handling, as applicable

Job Duties

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face for all incoming guests as a hospitality host
  • Manage the guest flow and waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating and a positive entry experience
  • Proactively engage with guests to create legendary and memorable experiences from the moment they arrive
  • Work effectively with the service team to ensure guests are seated in appropriate sections
  • Maintain a high standard of superior customer service throughout the guest arrival and seating process
