Certification in food and alcohol handling as applicable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face for all incoming guests as a Hospitality Host
Manage the guest flow and waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating and a positive entry experience
Proactively engage with guests to create legendary and memorable experiences from the moment they arrive
Work effectively with the service team to ensure guests are seated in appropriate sections
Maintain a high standard of superior customer service throughout the guest arrival and seating process
Assist in coordinating with the kitchen and bar teams to accommodate special requests or seating arrangements
Support overall restaurant appearance and cleanliness to enhance guest experience
