Job Requirements

Minimum age of 16 years or as required by local laws
Previous experience in customer service or restaurant environment
Certification in food and alcohol handling as applicable
Ability to manage guest flow and waitlists efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Effective time management in fast-paced environments

Job Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact and welcoming face for all incoming guests as a hospitality host
Manage the guest flow and waitlist efficiently to ensure timely seating and a positive entry experience
Proactively engage with guests to create legendary and memorable experiences from the moment they arrive
Work effectively with the service team to ensure guests are seated in appropriate sections
Maintain a high standard of superior customer service throughout the guest arrival and seating process
