The Hospitality Account Executive role at 160over90 plays a crucial part in the seamless execution of client programs within a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment. This position supports Hospitality Managers and Directors by assisting with daily project tasks and ensuring that various programs and projects run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing multiple client accounts across diverse industries involving administrative duties, project management, creative concept development support, research, monthly program strategy, budgeting, incentives management, sourcing, and team coordination. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and flexible, maintaining high standards of work and client service amid a rapidly changing and challenging landscape. Working at 160over90 means contributing to powerful client relationships, participating actively in collaborative interdepartmental efforts, and managing vendor partnerships throughout their lifecycle. Occasionally, travel and weekend or holiday work may be required. Job Requirements
- 1-2+ years experience in planning, sourcing, and designing with an organization, hotel, convention center, DMC, production company, or 3rd party agency
- an undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university preferred
- advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, outlook and powerpoint
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally
- ability to proofread documents and provide quality control
- comfort with presenting and speaking to clients
- keen attention to detail and personal accountability
- strong work ethic and willingness to help with any tasks
- problem-solving skills in complex situations
- pleasant, positive attitude
- effective time management with ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- support the hospitality team across a number of industries, working on multiple programs and client accounts, including administrative tasks, project management, creative development, research, monthly program planning, budgeting, incentives, sourcing, team organization
- work with all departments and disciplines to deliver quality work for our clients including client services, creative, production
- partnering and managing a variety of vendor relationships in all stages of lifecycle
- some travel along with holiday and weekends may be required
- perform other job-related duties as specified by your manager and client business
