As the only provider with an owned communications cloud, Bandwidth uniquely offers advanced automation, AI integrations, global reach, and premium human support, making it a trusted partner for mission-critical communications among Global 2000 companies, hyperscalers, and SaaS developers. This status reflects Bandwidth’s commitment to technology-driven solutions that elevate enterprise communications to new levels of effectiveness and reliability.
Bandwidth’s corporate culture fosters inclusivity and celebrates individuality, encouraging employees, known as BANDmates, to bring their authentic selves to work. The company’s #jointheband initiative symbolizes a vibrant, collaborative workspace where diversity and innovation thrive together. Bandwidth is dedicated to providing a fulfilling work environment that balances meaningful career opportunities with personal well-being.
The Hospitality Events Manager role at Bandwidth is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic individual to collaborate closely with the Senior Events Manager and broader event teams. This position focuses on engaging prospects, customers, and partners through custom hospitality events, both in-person and virtual, alongside supporting various other event types such as trade shows, webinars, partner events, and user groups. The Hospitality Events Manager will take charge of conceptualizing event themes and content, assembling invite strategies, and managing multiple events monthly that generate new leads and build stronger business relationships.
A key responsibility includes driving event execution from ideation to completion, using tools like Monday.com to coordinate efforts across marketing teams for messaging, promotion, social media presence, landing pages, and design. The role demands a collaborative approach with sales and field marketing to set attendee objectives and curate effective invite lists. Attention to detail is paramount as the Hospitality Events Manager will work with legal departments for event approval and ensure executive and VIP speaker participation is seamless, including managing schedules and rehearsals.
Reporting is an integral part of the role, with oversight of campaign creation, lead management, and evaluating the return on investment for events to optimize outcomes continually. The manager will work with cross-functional teams such as email automation, advertising, social media, customer engagement, field marketing, and web teams to maximize event registration and post-event engagement. Helping the sales teams follow up on leads efficiently and effectively is also vital.
This role is essential in strengthening Bandwidth's market presence and sustaining their brand's status as a leader in enterprise communication solutions. The Hospitality Events Manager is expected to contribute innovative ideas for unique event experiences regardless of budget, enhancing Bandwidth’s reputation and helping to meet annual marketing goals tied directly to revenue pipeline growth derived from well-executed events. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment that values both professional growth and work-life balance, underpinning Bandwidth’s Whole Person Promise to its employees.
