The part-time Hospitality Event Associate position at The Wine Group offers an exciting opportunity to engage directly with customers and enhance their experience during winery-hosted events. This role is critical in executing high-quality, memorable guest experiences at various hospitality settings including winery-hosted events, private tastings, wine club functions, and off-site activations. The Hospitality Event Associate supports every stage of event delivery—from planning through to setup, execution, and breakdown—across two winery locations. Compensation for this part-time role ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, with actual pay determined by experience, skills, education, and relevant factors. The schedule is flexible, requiring availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays according to event demands and location requirements. Physical demands include the ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform various manual tasks necessary for event setup and service. Travel between winery locations within California is also required along with possession of a valid driver's license and current automobile insurance.

At The Wine Group, diversity and equal opportunity are fundamental to the company’s hiring philosophy. All qualified candidates will receive fair consideration for employment regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, national origin, disability, or veteran status. The company also does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or agencies without a signed agreement, emphasizing direct applicant engagement.
