Job Duties
- Greet and connect visitors with Regent University resources and services
- Exhibit extraordinary customer service skills as the first point of contact for students, prospective and current, alumni, guests, and VIPs
- Assist with the arrival and departure operations, room checks and readiness, and distributing welcome packets for groups and individuals
- Operate as primary contact for scheduling both in person and phone appointments with Enrollment Management support offices for current and prospective students
- Serve as front desk receptionist daily
- responding to incoming calls and inquiry emails
- Provide refreshments to guests and keep inventory of refreshments and snacks maintained
- Daily coordination of the visitor schedules and appointments
- Responsible for assembling welcome and acceptance packets along with keeping inventory organized
- Enter relevant notes in Recruiter regarding guest interactions
- Provide support the day of recruiting events such as Discover Regent, College Preview Weekend, Honors Bound, etc.
- Serve as backup for scheduling both Undergraduate and Graduate campus visits in the absence of the Manager of the Welcome Center
- Provide additional clerical work and data entry for Traditional Undergraduate enrollment operations
