Job Duties
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring an elevated experience from the moment they enter the store
- Engage customers in thoughtful conversation while sales associates prepare to assist them
- Share helpful information about jewelry collections, store events, and general policies
- Maintain a pristine, inviting atmosphere throughout the showroom and VIP spaces
- Partner with the sales team to support client appointments, special orders, and personalized needs
- Serve as a connection point between guests and leadership to help ensure satisfaction
- Address questions, requests, and concerns with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and coordinating deliveries
