The role available at Good Samaritan Medical Center is for a Newbern Concierge, a full-time day position focused on delivering personalized non-clinical services to patients and their families. The Concierge plays a critical role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and positive overall experience of patients throughout their hospital stay. This position mainly operates within inpatient care areas, coordinating a variety of ancillary needs by collaborating with multiple departments such as Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, and Plant Operations. In addition, the Concierge works closely with the clinical care team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
