The position available is that of a Full-Time Newbern Concierge, primarily focused on day shifts. This role centers on delivering personalized, non-clinical services designed to enhance the comfort, safety, and overall experience of patients and their families throughout their hospital stay. Working closely with inpatient care areas, the Concierge acts as a liaison coordinating ancillary services involving departments such as Food and Nutrition Services, Environmental Services, and Plant Operations. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with the clinical care team ensuring that patient needs are anticipated and met promptly and effectively. This concierge role champions hospitality principles within the healthcare setting, striving to create a welcoming, healing environment by facilitating seamless service delivery and support. The Concierge also undertakes other related duties as assigned, contributing to the holistic patient experience and hospital operations.
