Job Duties

  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff
  • Provide exceptional patient service and support in the OB Department and other health center areas
  • Maintain a professional and dignified atmosphere within the health center
  • Coordinate patient needs and hospital services to enhance patient experience
  • Facilitate communication and assist in problem resolution for patients and families
  • Uphold the hospital's standards of first-class care environment
  • Support the Executive Director of Women's Health in delivering superior patient satisfaction
