Job Duties
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, physicians, and staff
- Provide exceptional patient service and support in the OB Department and other health center areas
- Maintain a professional and dignified atmosphere within the health center
- Coordinate patient needs and hospital services to enhance patient experience
- Facilitate communication and assist in problem resolution for patients and families
- Uphold the hospital's standards of first-class care environment
- Support the Executive Director of Women's Health in delivering superior patient satisfaction
