We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented team member to join us as part of our frontline restaurant staff. This role plays a critical part in shaping the customer experience by efficiently managing transactions, accurately preparing orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The position involves engaging with guests both in the dining area and through the drive-thru, requiring excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, respond promptly to customer needs, and contribute as a supportive team player.

The role requires maintaining operational excellence by adhering to established company standards, policies, and procedures regarding food preparation, customer service, and sanitation practices. Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking and processing orders efficiently and correctly, handling cash transactions with accuracy, assembling and delivering food items promptly, and performing cleaning duties throughout the shift to ensure a spotless dining and service area. The employee must also be proactive in restocking items and managing inventory rotation to maintain product freshness and availability.

Working in this position provides the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service, teamwork, and operational management within the food service sector. Employment is available on a full-time or contract basis, offering shifts across mornings, days, and evenings with a salary range of $12.00 to $13.00 per hour. Candidates must be willing to work weekdays as well as weekends to meet the dynamic scheduling needs of the restaurant.
