Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior hospitality or general housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, single man lift, and company vehicles
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform general housekeeping duties
- Availability to assist with after-hours functions
- Regular attendance

- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues with audio/visual equipment
Job Duties
- Assist with main lobby hospitality desk duties and visitor engagement as needed
- Set up public address equipment such as monitors, speakers, mixers, and microphones for all functions
- Conduct sound checks and run sound during events
- Set up and assist audio/video presentations using PowerPoint and interconnecting PCs, projectors, and screens
- Set up and assist with video and audio conference call sessions
- Set up and assist with theater equipment and troubleshoot for any problems
- Set up, service, break down, and clean up meetings and events
- Service coffee bars and track inventory of supplies to be ordered
- Stock, inventory, and order supplies as needed
- Operate machinery such as pallet jacks, forklifts, single man lift, and company vehicles
- Maintain assigned coffee stations and/or kitchens serviced and clean throughout the day including cleaning all appliances, countertops, sinks, and other used items
- Document when items are removed or returned to event inventory
- Assist with after-hours functions when requested including greeting guests, assisting with set-up and clean-up, removal of dirty dishes or trash
- Complete assigned general housekeeping duties
- Run errands and make deliveries as requested
- Support regular attendance
- Support BMI core values and cultivate a culture of diversity and inclusion
