Located in Napa, California, this prestigious wine company has a rich heritage that spans generations, delivering exceptional wine experiences to consumers worldwide. Trinchero Family Estates is more than a winery; it is a vibrant business that deeply values hospitality, brand storytelling, and operational excellence to strengthen customer relationships and promote ongoing business growth.

As part of its continued expansion and dedication to guest satisfaction, Trinchero Family Estates is seeking a highly skilled Manager to lead across key areas of the guest experience at their Napa Visitor Center. This is a full-time, exempt position that offers a competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $120,000 annually, depending on experience, education, and location. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability benefits, paid time off, wellness programs, fertility and family building benefits, and a 401(k) plan with discretionary profit sharing.

The Manager role is central to driving excellence in hospitality, business growth, and operational management. This position requires visionary leadership to manage the hospitality staff, ensuring an engaging and exceptional guest experience that reflects the brand's values. The Manager will oversee all aspects of staff hiring, training, ongoing development, payroll, and performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and high-performing team. Leading the direct-to-consumer business priorities, including guest engagement, club member conversion, event revenue, and innovation for future growth, will be a key focus. The Manager will conduct regular business and financial reviews to identify opportunities and risks while ensuring staff are trained as knowledgeable brand and wine experts capable of delivering a differentiated and memorable experience.

Operational management is another vital area of responsibility. The Manager will enforce safety policies and sustainability standards, oversee daily business functions such as opening and closing procedures, and support marketing efforts designed to increase visitor numbers and revenue per visitor. Maintaining inventory accuracy using the point-of-sale system, controlling on-site wine inventory, and ensuring compliance with permits, health codes, and responsible hosting practices are part of the daily operational duties. Additionally, the Manager will assist with events planning and execution, applying creativity and organizational skills to deliver flawless events that meet brand standards and budget requirements.

Leadership and people management are key to success in this role. The Manager will set standards and clear expectations, provide ongoing feedback and recognition, coach and mentor staff for performance improvement, and foster a results-driven environment aligned with Trinchero Family Estates’ core values. The ability to build a rewarding and stimulating work atmosphere while effectively managing costs is essential. This role requires a strong passion for wine, excellent hospitality and sales skills, and a proven track record of managing large teams in a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality setting.

Overall, this position is perfect for a dedicated hospitality professional with a deep understanding of wine and brand storytelling, strong business acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.
