Currently, MRG is seeking dedicated Hospitality Ambassadors to join the Blaze Pizza team either on a full-time or part-time basis with flexible day and night shifts. Hospitality Ambassadors play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude, engaging with guests through lively interactions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. This role focuses primarily on front-of-house guest services with minimal food preparation duties. Hospitality Ambassadors act as the welcoming face and heart of Blaze Pizza, delivering food to dine-in and digital pickup customers, assisting with the Blaze Pizza app to encourage loyalty program engagement, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area and restrooms.

  • Delivering food to guests at their tables
  • delivering food to pick up and curbside guests
  • ensuring guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal
  • checking in with guests on their satisfaction during their meal
  • pre-bussing tables
  • cleaning tables and other areas of the dining room and restrooms
  • helping guests with the Blaze Pizza app to ensure we increase loyalty users
