The Nocturnist Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider (APP) role at Midland Health is a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful hospital medicine care, specifically focused on the nocturnal shift. This position is based at Midland Memorial Hospital, where the APP will join a robust inpatient team consisting of 16 physicians and 3 APPs who manage hospitalist night service. The successful candidate will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and manage ongoing care throughout the night shift. Shift hours are from 7 PM to 7 AM, working seven days on followed by seven days off, promoting a balanced lifestyle.

This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the comprehensive care needs of patients are met and to maintain the high standards of hospital medicine practice at Midland Health. The hospital operates on the Cerner Hospital EMR system, facilitating efficient and precise electronic medical record keeping.
